Engineered floor trusses. With floor trusses there is no need for support beams that get in the way.

Making this basement easy to divide into many areas.

Exterior walls are raised and supported. Tyvek house wrap is installed on all exterior walls.

Rich hard at work putting some of his own personal touches to the roof trusses before they sheet the roof. Covered porch and 1/2 of the garage with the roof sheeting done and ready for shingles.
